Students who have met the English graduation requirement are required to submit their application before the deadline.

• Master’s Program in Medicinal Chemistry and Biotechnology: GEPT Intermediate Level – First Stage

• Doctoral Program in Life Sciences: GEPT High-Intermediate Level – First Stage

📌 Document Submission Procedure

1. Log in to the Student Information System → D.2.5.05 Certificate Information Maintenance.

2. Please complete the following information accurately: (Expired certificates or score reports are still acceptable.)

   • Certificate Category (Language Certificate)

   • Certificate Name (GEPT / TOEIC / etc.)

   • Test Date

   • Test Level

3. After saving, upload a scanned copy of the certificate or score report.

4. After saving, please make sure that the system shows “Electronic certificate uploaded.”

5. Print the English Graduation Requirement Approval Form, attach a photocopy of the certificate or score report, and submit it.
   (Original documents are NOT required.) 

6. Please submit the completed documents to the College of Life Sciences Office.
